This residential renovation re-envisioned the first-floor experience by expanding the footprint of the kitchen and establishing a clear visual connection across all living spaces.
Through smart space planning techniques, the design maximizes flow and functionality, creating a home that feels open, connected, and intentional.
A calming palette inspired by the cool blues of the ocean enhances the sense of continuity and serenity, resulting in a first floor that is as functional as it is beautiful—a true reflection of modern living with a timeless, tranquil touch.
