Financial workplace reimagined with adaptable spaces, efficient design, and an enhanced employee experience.
In partnership with a forward-thinking financial services firm, we reimagined their workplace with a flexible approach to space that prioritized efficiency without compromising experience.
Designed and executed in the thick of the pandemic, the project allowed the client to reduce their real estate footprint by more than one-third while simultaneously elevating the quality of their physical environment.
By focusing on adaptable layouts, shared resources, and purposeful design, the space reflects the firm’s culture and values in a tangible way—demonstrating how a reduced footprint can deliver a richer, more connected workplace experience.

On the heels of the pandemic of 2020, this client knew they needed to reimagine their space: with both footprint and feasibility at-play.
We helped them think about the workplace in a new light - what is the best way to support people in a new era? By creating flexibility in the workplace and policies that enable people to do their best work in the right setting, we were able to shed 1/3 of their square footage while re-invigorating the remaining environment.
