For this forward-thinking legal client, we designed a workplace that functions as both a professional setting and a powerful recruiting tool to attract and retain top talent.
The design embraces a non-hierarchical approach, with universally sized and positioned offices that ensure equity and transparency across the organization. Balancing sophistication with accessibility, the space highlights collaboration, flexibility, and modern amenities—creating an environment where staff at every level feel valued and supported.
The result is a workplace that redefines tradition, reinforcing the firm’s culture while positioning it as an employer of choice.

Highlights
Designed during the heart of the pandemic, we communicated design intent to our clients using renders and fly-through visuals. The ability to convey design solutions using these tools yielded a very happy customer- with comments like "it looks just like the renderings," which we always love to hear.
We develop the design to this level of detail throughout our process so there are no surprises and our clients know just what they'll be experiencing when the project is complete.
