Highlights
Creative reuse: this client saw an opportunity to turn an old warehouse space into a foundational facility to support their R&D business and allow room for growth for their rapidly expanding team. The result is a light-filled, airy environment for their workplace teams and close adjacency to the lab space, designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate future expansion and evolving operational needs.
